Connectivity Issue on MCU's Android Mobile App

We are experiencing intermittent service interruptions on the Android version of MCU’s mobile banking app. Members who try to access their mobile banking app on their Android phone are getting an error message that says, “Network Connectivity Error: Server cannot be reached at this time.” If you receive this error, please use your mobile phone’s mobile browser app to navigate to the online banking sign in page located at memcu.com and sign in to your online banking account.


If you receive an error message on your app, browser application, or desktop browser that says, “Authentication failed,” you are entering the wrong password and will need to reset your password using the forgot password link on the sign-in page.
