Home Improvement Loan Details
- A Home Improvement loan may only be used for a single-family detached home, townhouse, condominium, or duplex and can’t be used for mobile home improvements.
- The home must be the borrower’s primary home and cannot be a seasonal, vacation or rental property.
- Borrower must provide a quote or bid for the work and material list.
