Enroll in payment confirmations and you’ll be notified when a payment is received by the biller. You’ll see a payment confirmation number on each notification and in your payment history.
You’ll also get a monthly eBill statement that shows your balance, amount due, and due date. Now there’s no need to log in to multiple sites to see when a payment posted because it’s all included in your bill pay account.
Here’s how to set up eBills and payment confirmations:
Step 1
Schedule a payment for one of your bills.
Step 2
If your payee is eligible, you will see a pop-up window with the option to enroll to receive payment confirmations. Select “enroll now.”
Step 3
Enter your biller credentials to link your account. Once it is linked, you’ll receive your monthly eBill that shows your balance and due date for this biller. You’ll also get a confirmation number each time a payment is made.
