How do I register for online loan pay?
Click on "Online Loan Pay" from the home page of memcu.com and follow the instructions.  You will need to know your member number and loan account suffix (last three digits on your loan account) to make a payment.
Is there a fee to use Online Loan Pay?
You are charged a fee of $4 to make a one time payment using Online Loan Pay. If you set up automatic payments (AutoPay) in Online Loan Pay you are not charged a fee.
What loans can I pay with Online Loan Pay?

The types of loans that can be paid include MCU auto loan, MCU home improvement loan, MCU debt consolidation loan, and MCU line of credit loan or personal loans. The loans must be loans held at MCU.

What kind of payments can be made in Online Loan Pay?

You can make your monthly MCU loan payment with a debit card, credit card or account from an external financial institution using Online Loan Pay. If you want to make your payment using your MCU account, you can do so for free within our online banking service.

Payments can be scheduled one time or you can set up recurring payments when you set up AutoPay.

How do I schedule recurring/automatic payments?
  • Select the loan account that you want to pay and then click "Set Up AutoPay."
  • On the Edit Scheduled Payment screen, select an account from the Pay From Account drop-down menu or Add Another Payment Method.
  • Verify the payment amount and select the frequency of payments.
  • Select the start date,  end date, and check the "Process Before Box" if you want the transactions that fall on weekends or holidays to be processed on the closest business day before the normal payment date. Then click next.
  • Review and verify the payment schedule, review the disclaimer and check the box to agree.
What is Express Pay?
Express pay is a fast and easy way to make a one time payment with an external bank account or debit card without having to register for Online Loan Pay.
