Digital Banking Payments Options
- Transfer funds from any Members Credit Union deposit or savings account using MEMCU Online Banking or MEMCU Mobile. You have the option to make a one-time payment or set up a recurring transfer to your loan. It's quick and easy. Not enrolled in our online and mobile banking? Enroll Now
- To conveniently make a payment in person, come visit one of our local Members CU offices where you can pay with cash or check. To locate the nearest office or one of our convenient Shared Branch locations, click here.
Payroll Deduction
- If you work for preferred sponsor company that offers payroll deduction, you can set up your loan payment to transfer directly from your paycheck.
Mail Payment
- Simply send a check to MCU as a hassle-free method of making your loan payment. Address your payment to P.O. Box 5297, Winston Salem, NC, 27113 and enjoy the convenience of paying for just the cost of a stamp.
Utilize an External Loan Payment System (Bacon Loan Pay) with a different Financial Institution to conveniently make your payments, although please note that this option may include a convenience fee.
Bacon Loan Pay for free – When you set up a recurring ACH Draft from a non-Members Credit Union deposit account to make your loan payment using Bacon Loan Pay at memcu.com, there will not be a convenience fee. (Free option not available if using a debit or credit card.)
Bacon Loan Pay Convenience Fee - $4.00 – When you make non-recurring payments using an ACH Draft from a non-Members Credit Union deposit account or make your payment using a debit or credit card online at memcu.com using Bacon Loan Pay, there will be a $4.00 convenience fee.
Bacon Loan Pay Convenience Fee - $7.00 - If you need the convenience of making a payment by phone, dial 800.951.8000, option 5. However, please note that if you choose to make non-recurring payments using an ACH Draft from a non-Members Credit Union deposit account or make your payment using a debit or credit card using Bacon Loan Pay over the phone, there will be a $7.00 convenience fee.
